Very smooth and quick process. I needed a 4.6 cu ft safe that weighed 210 lbs moved from storage to my home. John mastered the job quickly and was very fair with his price. I will definitely refer him and call on his services again.

John did an exceptional job. I recommend him for moving services. We had our hardwood floors removed and new ones installed. He and his crew removed all of our furniture and items and placed them in our garage. When the floors were done, they put everything back in place. They were very efficient and did the job quickly. John is pleasant and easy going, His pricing was very competitive and worth every cent.

Phewwwwww where should I even start?! Mr. Westfall is a true savior & a kind Samaritan who truly was there for my family during a hectic moving day. He was patient and understanding and was willing to help out in any way possible. He is a great communicator, punctual, a man of his word and hard working. Everything was loaded into the Uhaul truck neatly and professionally. I highly recommend Westfall Services. They really cater to their customers with respect and fairness. Be blessed!

John was amazing as he worked with my daughter and I to get rid of bulk trash and unwanted furniture, etc. John was very responsive in our communication of what I needed done. He was very reasonably priced, very professional. He and his helper went above and beyond in bringing up boxes that my daughter and I couldn't lift so we could go through the boxes that were in a storage closet within our house to see what was there and waited for us to go through the boxes to determine what was trash then removing what we did not want to keep. I highly recommend Westfalls Services!!!

EXCEPTIONAL- Westfall Services were professional, punctual and extremely careful with all of our belongings from a small lamp to a door sized mirror. These guys truly cared about making sure everything we requested was handled. We estimated 3 hours but kept taping up and adding more and more for them to move because we did not realize we had so much stuff. Apparently we were not as ready as we thought, and yet we did not receive a single complaint and it was not the hourly cost that drove them to carry on because they never once slowed down, rather they moved at a quick and careful pace. It started raining hard but when we looked outside these guys had already had a nice tarp over the items that would have been exposed in a really nice trailer. Due to a building fire there was no electricity so they had to work in extreme heat outside, inside and in the dark due to the location of our apartment (wooded) sometimes requiring a flashlight but still no complaints even though they had to move 3 bedrooms down 3 flights of long hot stairs. We contacted Westfall at the last minute because the movers we hired cancelled. Westfall became our blessing. When we added up what we would have paid the company that cancelled on us we would have paid almost a thousand dollars, but Westfall came in for half of that because they did not charge all the extra stuff the other company would have charged. Westfall jumped right in and saved the day. These guys were $55 an hour cheaper which was also amazing. Westfall Services will be moving our belongings out of storage in a month when our new home is ready. Trust Westfall to just get the job done, fast and carefully with their bottom line being CARE, not just the Dollars even though they are running a business. You will not be disappointed!
