- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my Thumbtack clients, my speaker fees range from $250-2,500, $100 & up for individual coaching sessions, which may include invite to join my Facebook page or private Facebook group (optional) for ongoing support, collaboration w/other like-minded individuals and clients, progression and events, $175-$775 for face to face or virtual packages 3-6 months including: virtual sessions, calls, email support, resources, discount courses & freebies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Offer you a 15-30 minute complimentary clarity/exploration/consultation call or live chat *Speaking Engagements: Provide my media-kit, Share my signature speaking messages that complement your event theme and connect with the audience, Provide valuable-transformational & empowering tools and strategies. *Strategy/Coaching Sessions: 1. Schedule sessions to work with me as your strategist/coach - Assist you with mapping out Action Steps toward your goals/needs -Provide email support & follow up, resources, positive affirmations, tools and strategies for progress and success toward overarching goal(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cheryl has two master degrees (Human Services & Counseling & Theological Studies),Trained in Trauma-focused counseling, Motivational Interviewing & Certified Life Purpose Coach, Pastoral Counseling & graduate work in Clinical Social Work. Current work as a Mental Health Professional and Entrepreneur.
