FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic mobile notary public service fee is $30, plus $5 per signature with seal. Ask me for details about getting your 1st signing for $5 off! Signature fees do not relate to the number of people signing the documents, but the number of times the Notary has to sign and seal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will find out what type of documents need signing. Inquire about the actual number of signatures required. Inform the client of signing types and service options. Answer any fee questions. Decide on the time and location. Provide friendly and professional services. Thank the client for the opportunity to serve them. Ask for a quick review and referral. Email a receipt for payment.
