Hi, thank you for passing through my page.
I've been baking since I was a little girl. My friends and family love everything that I bake and has encouraged me time and time again to pursue my passion. I finally listened and enrolled in Stratford University. In 2018 I obtained my Bachelors in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts.
l enjoy baking sweets that incorporate flavors from my Latin and West Indian background. My top selling items are caribbean blackcake, plantain tart, creme brulee, cupcakes.

The cake was beautiful, received so many compliments. It didn’t taste good, not sure why as all the other reviews said it would be delicious. Everything else was as expected, good communication and was delivered on time.

Passion8 Pastry is what Virginia needs, tasty, delectable and timeless pastries! The overall experience was a breath of fresh air. I contracted passion8pastry for an event. In wich several different pastries were made for us, such as plantain tart,macaroons and great cake. Every one was delighted and pleased with the taste of how the pastries turned out. Wonderful work will hire again.
