Hi, thank you for passing through my page. I've been baking since I was a little girl. My friends and family love everything that I bake and has encouraged me time and time again to pursue my passion. I finally listened and enrolled in Stratford University. In 2018 I obtained my Bachelors in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts. l enjoy baking sweets that incorporate flavors from my Latin and West Indian background. My top selling items are caribbean blackcake, plantain tart, creme brulee, cupcakes.
