Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I am proud to turn that passion into exceptional desserts for my clients.
In 2018, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts from Stratford University.
I specialize in creating high-quality desserts inspired by the rich flavors of my Latin and West Indian heritage. My goal is to provide every customer with delicious, beautifully crafted treats made with care and attention to detail.
Some of my most popular items include Caribbean black cake, plantain tart, crème brûlée, cupcakes, and other custom desserts for special occasions.

Passion8 Pastry is what Virginia needs, tasty, delectable and timeless pastries! The overall experience was a breath of fresh air.
