FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three packages based on the size and scope of your project: Jumpstart — starting at $1,440. Perfect for a single space or refresh. 16 organizer hours, typically 4 organizers for 1 day. Tidyish (most popular) — starting at $2,880. Great for 2–3 key spaces. 32 organizer hours, typically 4 organizers for 2 days. VIP — starting at $5,760. For the family ready for a lasting, whole-home change. 64 organizer hours, typically 4 organizers for 4 days. Includes a Tidy Club maintenance session. All packages include donation and trash hauling. Product research, shopping, and returns are handled by our team and billed separately based on your style and budget. After a free in-home consultation, we’ll recommend the package that fits your project and provide a personalized estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free consultation — we’ll visit your home, walk through the spaces, and talk through your goals. From there, I’ll design a plan and recommend the right package. On project day, our team of 3–5 organizers arrives at 9 AM with all the organizational products already selected and purchased for your home. We empty the space, sort and declutter with you, design your new systems, put everything back, label it, and haul away donations and trash — all in the same visit. Most projects are completely finished in 1–4 days. No dragging it out over weeks. You go to bed with chaos and wake up to a home that works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a professional background in design — including product design, space planning, and visual styling — which is the foundation of how I approach every organizing project. Great organization isn’t just about tidying up; it’s about designing systems that look beautiful and actually work with how your family lives. Beyond design, our team has completed hundreds of organizing projects across the Richmond area, from single closets to full whole-home resets. I train every member of the Tidyish team personally, so the quality and approach is consistent no matter who’s on your project. As a mom of three, I also bring firsthand experience with the real chaos of busy family life. I don’t design for a magazine — I design for a Tuesday morning when everyone’s running late.
