- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on duration and number of days of training per week. Included in this price are individual workouts that the customer can do on their own on non-training days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is sitting down with a customer and completing an in depth assessment which includes height, weight, goals, limitations and possible injuries. From there, a workout plan and schedule is created.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Also insured.
