I am a mom of four who found Catherine through Thumbtack about a year after my last pregnancy. I considered several personal trainers,, but chose Catherine because of her direct and straightforward approach as well as her deep knowledge and expertise. What sets Catherine a part from other trainers is her ability and willingness to go above and beyond!!! When I expressed my concerns about an abdominal condition known as diastasis recti (very common post-pregnancy), she took the initiative to study the condition in more depth and develop exercises specifically designed to target the problem areas. The workouts were always different and fun, and Catherine was amazing at checking in with me regularly to provide encouragement. She was also very flexible with my schedule and super down to earth. I was very happy with my results!! Don't waste another minute wondering who to choose to help you on your fitness journey. You won't find a more caring and dedicated trainer!!!! Thank you, Catherine!!!!!

I have been struggling to get a good workout from years. I have joined various gyms, took some racquet sports; personal training etc..but nothing quite worked out for me. Catherine changed my outlook completely. She listens to my body and what I want. She made me look at my body holistically. To focus on toning and feeling good. Not on losing weight. I can eat whatever I want being a foodie but make right choices as well. She is very creative and a good listener. She does her homework before evrry work out. She has lot of creative plans that focuses on every single part of the body. Every time she surprises me by bringikg amazing types of exercises. I enjoy them thoroughly. She pushes me to see how far I could go. She has taught me to not to treat work out as a punishment. I can totally see changes in my body. I look more toned and feel good and healthy. Its been just two months but I see the results already. She is awesome. I would recommend her highly. I am very lucky that she is my trainer.

For me, Catherine acts a personal trainer and accountability coach. I love that the first thing we did was sit down and really figure out my goals, as well as several "big picture" factors that would affect how we worked towards them. She's encouraging, knowledgeable, and focused on the client's needs. The only thing I would ever change is that I would schedule MORE time with her!

Catherine and I have worked together for several months now. She is always punctual, prepared and thinks quickly on her feet with modifications whenever I have needed it. I definitely credit her with helping me overcome some hurdles that stopped me from putting my all into my fitness goals. I have felt encouraged, pushed and celebrated on my health journey with her. I highly recommend her as a trainer.

I've met with Catherine for several sessions. I have found her to be very professional. She prepared my "personal" plan and gives me "homework". Her positive, pleasure attitude make the exercise sessions almost "fun".
