- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PMI Glen Allen, we begin with an initial consultation to understand your property management needs and goals. Following this, we conduct a thorough property assessment to develop a tailored management plan. Once we agree on the services and terms, we sign a property management agreement. We then gather all necessary information about your property during the onboarding process and introduce ourselves to your tenants. If your property is vacant, we create a marketing plan to attract and screen potential tenants. We handle all aspects of property management, including rent collection, maintenance, tenant communication, and financial reporting, providing regular updates and reports. We also conduct regular reviews of your property and management plan to ensure everything runs smoothly and make any necessary adjustments.

I have completed Real Estate license training, which has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage properties effectively. This training ensures that I am well-versed in real estate laws, property management best practices, and tenant relations.
