I love Gabriel’s and Ryan’s work on my new kitchen backsplash! Gabriel responded quickly to my inquiry, came by to assess the job within a couple of hours, and gave me a fair price. The backlash was completed quickly and I am enjoying my brighter kitchen. They did such a good job that I’ve asked for an estimate for a full bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Bencke’s Tile!

We worked with Gabriel to redesign our master shower from a closed in (phone booth) style to an open shower with glass on 1 and a half walls. We found Gabriel’s rates and work schedule for the project to be very reasonable. Gabriel kept us well informed with daily phone calls or text to let us know when he, or others (plumber, drywall, glass installer, etc) would be on-site. He took precautions to protect our living space and cleaned up after each day. Over the course of the project - Gabriel encountered some unknowns (including water damage from an incorrectly installed shower) which resulted in extra work. He approached this in a very professional manner and was able to resolve all concerns we had to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with his skills to retile the shower (looks great). The new shower totally transformed our master bath and even though the shower space remained the same - it has the look and feel of a much larger shower. We are glad to have found such an honest, capable and reliable person and would not hesitate to recommend him for any bathroom / shower remodels.
