Introduction

I work directly with the customer not only in material selection, but guidance on what products are best to use to guarantee an excellent outcome. Upon request I will meet customers at stores to help with their material selection. I have accounts set up at several tile distributers in the area. Also when it comes to install day I am there personally doing the work. I really enjoy working personally with customers. The best part about my work is that I get a sense of accomplishment from seeing a space transform, and knowing that I did that and hopefully it has an impact on the home owners life in a positive way. I love what I do and really enjoy learning about all the new products as they come out.

I had Mr. Dickinson install a kitchen backsplash. He arrived on time, well prepared to do the job and very professional. Mr. Dickenson took the time to answer any and all questions I had. The quality of his work excellent. He took the time to make sure the work area was clean when he was finished. Once again, his work was excellent and I will hire him again in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet, discuss all options, submit an estimate. Set start date, go over contract. I work side by side if needed to help with product selection and pick up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple Jobs in various fields of skilled labor. Several years working as an apprentice with master tiler. I take classes on products in my field as they come out, to stay up to day on new and old.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as an apprentice and ended up loving the work. After helping my boss for several years I started my own business, and it's been great!
