- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to cover the basis of all type of packages, from a small 4 hours wedding day to a 7 hour typical size wedding to an all day experience 10 hours wedding day. There's no small or big wedding we can't handle. Stay tuned for discounts we offer. We do operate with 50% deposit to lock in date and 50% payment due prior to wedding day. We do offer discounts for client who wants to pay it all upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a husband and wife team. We love to connect on a personal level with all our bride and groom. So most of the time (depending on clients needs) we love to jump on a call or video chat to get to know the couple and the couple get to know us. We love to break the ice before, the wedding day take place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep actively learning everyday to better our work and services. We are part of the Full Time Filmmaker class and group. We are members an student of Next Level Videography. Have taken photography and videography classes in college.
