Se had a pipe burst in our house and the home insurance said they’d take care of it but it’d be awhile.. Kainin was able to help us quickly in treating the flooded floor. Highly recommend

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer financing as low as zero percent interest for those who are interested in filing an insurance claim this allows them to get the job completed with zero upfront cost and allows them to delay the deductible payment. Example you are approved for financing on a $5000 invoice we collect payment when the work is completed. You submit the claim as cost incurred. When your insurance reimburses you they subtract your deductible from the $5000 and cut you a check for the rest.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We conduct our inspection to determine if our services are needed. If we determine that our services are required we put together an estimate and explain what the process for their specific job will look like. If the client accepts the estimate we have them sign the estimate and a work authorization and begin working. After all work is completed we generate a mitigation report for the homeowner to keep/submit to their insurance.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are certified through the iicrc.
