We contacted Kinetico with Chris Pavie because of reputation and positive reviews. He arrived and was respectful of our property, and provided a comprehensive water test. Kay was quick to respond and very pleasant and kind during the scheduling process, ensuring to get all of the information necessary to equip technician Chris before he came out, which was awesome from a client perspective: I didnt have to repeat myself once. Multiple times, Chris referenced the information I gave Kay. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and took his time to make sure we understood everything. He confirmed a lot of the information that we found in Google troubleshooting, plus added valuable knowledge and insight. We now feel equipped to make the best decision for ourselves - based on both finances and product quality. We have had a few water tests and quotes from other companies and Chriss visit felt the least like a hard sales pitch. He was just very casually confident that we are the best, take your time to find that out for yourself. We walked away feeling confident in his knowledge, care, and ability. I aAlways satisfied with the service and the water filtration system. With well water, I had orange rings in my toilet. I had to use muriatic acid to clean it . The filtration system solved this problem.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have basic filtration starting at $599 installed all the way up to Whole House Reverse Osmosis starting at $15k. We don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. Our approach is to use our 34 years of Dealership experience to design a system for you specifically.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn about what your concerns are, assess the site for installation limits, test the water, make recommendations based on your situation, install in typically under 2 weeks and then you have us for life. We have hundreds of customers in your area that would all gladly give their feedback.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(2) master Kinetico service technicians on staff full time. One of the owners holds a Master Plumber License. One of the owners holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NCSU. One has 22 years of experience. We have 10 other offices with credentials ranging from PhD in geology to Plumbing and Engineering.
