- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices start at $20 per session and up. I offer $30 minute, 1 hour and small group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first meet to goal plan, get health history. We explore eating, sleeping and current habits. We take measurements and before photos. We then set course for action. I ease you into fitness based on your current fitness level. We progress from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BIS in Biology and Health Education ACE, Pilates, NASM certification
