ACE, Pilates, NASM certification
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has been my life work since college. I played soccer at VCU and got into teaching aerobics. I worked as a health educator for many years and got into personal training.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This past summer, I developed a new weight loss program based off of current research. I had 8 participants and ironically all 8 lost 8 lbs in two weeks and are still losing. Very exciting, we are breaking plateaus, losing each week.
