Max is absolutely amazing. He is very responsive and professional. What we like mostly when working with Max is his outstanding customer service. The 4-person crew arrived 15 minutes early and completed our entire move (3 BR 2-story house) with furniture disassembly and re-assembly in 8 hrs - 2 hrs faster than we were quoted! It was a VERY hot day, and they worked tirelessly. Unfortunately, the heat and amount of physical exertion they were expending made it impossible for them to keep their face masks on as they worked. Nevertheless, we highly recommend!

Wish we could select all the criteria. The movers were excellent in what they were doing. We really just seemed to sit on thw sidelines and watch them work their magic from packing the materials to loading and unloading of our furniture. They went out their way to make sure our moving needs were met, but they exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their belongings to be safe and well handled. Truly a great experience. We would hire them again for our future move.

The team was awesome. At first we weren’t going to hire packing, but after talking it over and hearing the reasonably priced option to have our entire place packed, we went for it and are so glad we did. The Dulles team came in with materials and did everything for us. They were prompt and diligent at both packing us up and moving all of our things safely to our new place. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone making a move in the DMV area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our moves include shrink-wrap and the use of moving blankets. We do not have any hidden or additional fees. We stand by our prices and a customer will never have any surprises when it comes time to pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and assess the needs of the customer rather than telling them what they need. Each move is unique and no two customers are the same. We try and learn as much as we can about the scope of work and then recommend the right size crew to complete the job efficiently. Once a customer selects us for their move they are given a service agreement where the scope of work, pricing, and insurance information is clearly stated.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work withe residential and commercial customers. Our residential customers range from small apartments to large estates. Our commercial customers range from small to medium sized offices.
