We had them build a two-story deck on a townhome. Todd is great to work with. He's a great communicator and is also incredibly respectful of our time - he kept us well informed while also helping to minimize the amount of our time & attention we needed to devote to the project. The crew that came (Carlos, Emerson) were incredibly efficient, respectful, and did an overall amazing job!

Todd, Carlos, and Emerson did an amazing job with our deck and pergola this summer. Todd was really great at listening to our every comment and was just as vested as us in "getting it right". Carlos and Emersin then came in to build the project and they were so hard working and detaol oriented!!

We contracted with Archadeck to construct a two level, 750 square foot deck along with associated paver landings. Todd Bayliss of Archadeck was a pleasure to work with. The process from the estimate, to contract execution through deck construction and punch list completion was handled in a professional manner at all times. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Todd met every milestone and scheduling commitment throughout the process flawlessly. The construction was expertly performed by the carpentry crew, Carlos and Emerson. They are highly skilled craftsmen and worked tirelessly throughout construction. I highly recommend Archadeck of Northern Virginia West.

Great job on our deck rebuild. Todd’s help on overall design and material selection really paid off. I was really impressed by the attention to detail of our crew, Emerson and Carlos, who managed to re-align and re-level the old structure to create a deck that sparks joy. Will definitely be using them again to rebuild our screened-in porch.

Todd Bayliss was fantastic as he helped us come up with a design for our deck. He took into consideration our lifestyle and how we plan to use our deck. He was a constant visitor during our construction and made sure the work was done efficiently and within the requirements of county and state guidelines. Emerson and Carlos were excellent builders and followed the plans exactly. They were very responsive when the plans had to be altered slightly. Everything was cleaned up at the end of their workday and our family was never inconvenienced by their work. Our experience with Archadeck was extremely positive. We will definitely use them again in the future.
