My rep, Ishmael was very knowledgeable. I live in an all electric TH and decided to purchase solar panels. My electric bill is roughly $6 mo and that’s mainly for the connection fee that they charge me. Make sure you purchase and not rent the panels to get the state and fed benefits.

Green Brilliance delivered top knotch customer service and professionalism. In addition to the excellent service provided our "Smeco Bill" has decreased to $0.00. No monthly electric bill, it doesn't get much better than that! Thank you Green Brilliance, specifically, Ishmael for walking us through every step of the process of going Solar.

I had a wonderful experience working with GreenBrilliance getting my solar panels installed. My representative Ishmael was kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire installation process from start to finish. His customer service was exceptional! He was knowledgeable about the system and responsive to my questions even when the project was complete. After having my solar panels for almost a year, I'm so ecstatic with my decision. My electric bill has been as low as $0.66! If you are considering solar GreenBrilliance is the way to go!

I gave my experience with Green Brilliance a 4-star rating overall, however . . . if I could provide a rating solely for Ishmael Camp, the representative I worked with, I would have given a 5-star rating. I truly appreciate the customer service provided to me by Mr. Camp. He ensured that my concerns were addressed and kept me informed about every part of the process, from pre-installation through the completion of the installation of the system. He continues to provide pertinent information and updates and it has been well over a year since the system was installed.
