This is my second go-round with Perez Handyman LLC! From my first experience with Richer, it was a no brainer to have him and his team to renovate approx 40% of my 6,000 SQFT property. Richer offers fair and unbeatable prices but the Steal is his quality to craftsmanship, punctuality, and dedication. Richer has redesigned my wooden stair ballast with cast iron, my kitchen (cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring, backsplash) hardwood flooring, porcelain tile flooring, crown molding, and even painted my houses. When it comes to home renovations, there’s not much Perez and his team cannot do! Perez is excellent with communication and to provide the demo (rip-out) and renovation process, makes it easier to rely on one team! And that Perez Handyman LLC! Thank you for working on two key stone projects for not only me, but building my brothers 6000 SQFT property, and renovating my brothers, father-n-laws home as well! You won’t be disappointed!!!
