Working with Carlos Banks was a very pleasant experience. He is very skilled and versatile with his culinary arts. Customers enjoy the uniquely crafted entrées that he assembles based on the taste of his audience. I enjoy seeing the looks on customers faces as they request to meet the brilliant chef who out together their delectable meal. He has truly deserved his title as a chef.

So I wanna start by saying Mr. Banks work ethic and cooking clearly shows a bright passion for what he does and that reflects in the food! I hired him for a party I was having something small bt enough I didn't want to do the cooking myself he was referred to me by a mutual friend that promised excellent service and I must I was overally satisfied! He was clean, neat, organized, and on time the food was amazing and left all my guest in awe. I defiantly have to have him come back for another event :D

One of the best cooks out here. Not only will is the good good but he's a very genuine person who will take good care of you and make sure your food is at it's finest. I wouldn't ask for a better cook.
