Introduction: I am a teacher, researcher and technical consultant. As a principal in numerous multimillion-dollar scientific collaborations, educational grants and projects, research projects and programs in university partnerships, national laboratories and international alliances, grants, bid development and marketing campaigns, I've been conducting complex computer simulations and analysis such as risk analysis and variance analysis, managing, reporting and providing related guidance to clients, instructors, supervisors, technical managers and public officials, ranging from international, federal, state and local, creating bid documents, preparing structured finance deals that range from five million dollars to 850 million dollars and performing budget and operational analysis of those processes, projects and programs.
