Hired to clean out front flower beds, paint ceilings and trim in house. Received a reasonable quote and accepted. Advised of the days work needed to be done. First day went fine, was excited that 3 of four flower beds were cleaned up (even though the pile of stuff was in the yard instead of bagged and hauled away as agreed to twice). Came for day two painted 1 layer of paint on two door ways and 10-15 feet of trim. Was told would return to do rest and asked for 1/3 of the labor estimate as a deposit which I agreed to as so far everything had been fine. Did not show, when I contacted him was told he would be back Wednesday instead as his tiller was broken. Friday he still had not shown or contacted me. I contacted him and was promised he would work all day Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. Saturday he didn’t show or return my messages. (That were read) Sunday no show and no response to messages. This week no response and no show.
