Thumbtack only allows us to select 3 things under highlights, but Mike receives all 5 of them! Excellent work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality, and value!!! Several places sent quotes, but never even stopped by to see what they needed to do. I always question that, because it locks you into things you don’t need. Mike actually took the time, the same day to stop by and check things out, right after he completed another job. Not sure if he’s a football fan, but some games were on, as another vendor mentioned to me. Okay, so that vendor had other things to do, and I’m glad they did LOL. Come to find out, only caulking at the top and bottom was needed on several windows. The others were telling me I needed a, b, and c, without a proper assessment. Mike came back in the morning to caulk 17 windows, and it didn’t break the bank! He also has a bundle plan, which is something other vendors did not offer, when I asked them about multiple window seals. Mike is honest, and he knows all about glass, framing, window condensation, window glass that is failing and starting to become cloudy or with the purple hues going through them. I’ll be looking at glass totally different now! I also want to mention that us homeowners have been misinformed!! Several of us receive those ads that talk about window replacement, and it shows the prices being astronomical, so we put it off! Those vendors automatically want to replace the entire window frame, but that is not needed in most cases. Mike explained, that only the glass within the frame can be replaced at a fraction of the cost! While he was doing the assessment for the repair, I asked him to check out some windows that I eventually wanted to replace, and guess what… I only need to replace the glass!!! I do not need to replace the entire window, as some have mentioned before, so I will be getting this done soon!! I also plan to have my backdoor glass replaced, and eventually the glass on the shower doors too. Mike is a professional Glass Specialist, has great rates that are affordable, and it won’t destroy your budget. LOL I know all about that. I highly recommend him, so please don’t overlook his business!!! Thanks again, Mike!!!
