FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that hiring a criminal defense attorney can be intimidating and the potential fees involved can be very confusing. We ensure that our clients understand the financial commitment involved before work begins. For our clients enduring financial hardship, we do our best to accommodate budget limitations with payment plans and discounted services when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that successful legal representation begins with a thorough consultation in which we learn about the case and the client decides if the chemistry is right. Like all new relationships, the attorney-client relationship is built on trust and communication. We take the time to build relationships step-by-step. Prior to official representation, a written retainer agreement will be signed by both parties so that there is full transparency on both sides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
