- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a complimentary consultation to learn about your wedding, what you’ve already planned, and where you’d like support. Once we decide we’re a good fit, I review your key wedding details, vendor information, and timeline so I can understand your vision and priorities. As your wedding approaches, I help organize the final details, confirm logistics with vendors, review the wedding-day timeline, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. On the wedding day, I take over the coordination behind the scenes—managing vendors, keeping the timeline on track, assisting with transitions, and handling unexpected details—so you can relax, be present, and enjoy the celebration you worked so hard to plan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve spent years working in corporate marketing, events, and experience management, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, vendor coordination, timelines, and seamless execution. Then I planned my own wedding. I loved every part of the planning process, but when the day came, I didn’t need another planner. I needed someone I could trust to understand the plan, take over the details, and let me simply be the bride. That experience inspired Dream Out Loud Studio. I created this service for couples who love planning their own wedding but want to be fully present when the day arrives. You’ve dreamed it. You’ve planned it. Now you deserve to experience it.
