Alber M. arrived expecting to find termites, which we thought we had. He determined that we instead had flying ants, and methodically confirmed that, and then treated our home for the correct pest. I've been with Mitchell Pest for few years. In general, they've been responsive, unfortunately they were not doing a good job last year. As a result, we've had to live with bugs inside the house since last fall until recently. This year instead, for the second and the third service for mosquitos I've got overcharged. Talking to customer representative, Mitchell, he told me that the price increased but I wasn't notified. However, because I've been with them for a while he offered to keep the older price.
