- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater events with guest count of 2 to 1,000. About 65 percent of our events are in home celebrations that are either buffet supper or heavy appetizers with drinks. The other 35 percent are wedding receptions and other festive occassions as well as some memorial services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
fcc works 1 on 1 with folks to make their events perfect. jenny runs her business like she does her life--with an open and excited heart. Her enthusiasm with food and making an event environmentally friendly is uncurbed. She is often seen at the Farmers Market toting her purple fcc shopping bags. Stop her to chat--that will be the start to a great friendship and wonderful working relationship.
