- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically if it’s a new customer looking to be regular I will offer to charge a hourly rate the first clean to give us an idea of approximate time frame so it will be fair for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have took courses relating to business, customer service, biohazard, chemical handling, OSHA, as well as hospitality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was previously a caregiver and my client passed so I took a shot at making a post on social media in regards to cleaning and that kicked it off!
