- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a full service currently $250, this includes a thorough cleaning, diagnostic of the issue, and safety check. A normal trip charge is $150 if we are unable to access, diagnose the system, or fireplace has been running right before visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify the issue and collecting information. Most of our diagnostic is performed onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NFI, CSIA, and HPBA classes.
