Erick, the owner of C&R Renovations, recently did several jobs on the exterior of my home, including rotted wood replacement on the deck, fascia board, window and door trim, power washing the siding and decks, painting all the exterior trim, prepping and sealing the wood deck, repair the leaning fence, cleaning the gutters, sealing leaks in the gutters, and adding a lock to the patio door. All work was completed in a quality and timely manner. He submitted detailed written proposals, and all work was done as specified and at the agreed price. His prices were reasonable. He arrived on time every day (actually a few minutes early). He is very pleasant, honest and easy to work with.
I was a Regional Manager in apartment management, and Erick was the Service Manager for a large community that I supervised for about 10 years. He was responsible for all facets of maintenance of the apartments and common areas. He was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and did a wonderful job. When I retired and Erick started his own company, he was the logical choice to do work on my home. I will use him for any other exterior or interior work needed in my home.
