- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont offer discounts or specials. I would rather just keep it simple and charge a fair price based on what the job entails. In turn, I provide you with quality work. I can price your job in a number of ways including, hourly, cost plus, or fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I would speak with the customer on the phone to discuss the details of the project. Next we would set up a time to meet at where the work would be performed to get more information and ask/answer questions. Lastly, I would send a formal proposal/contract that includes a detailed scope of work, the cost of the project, The payment schedule during the construction, and miscellaneous other specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in residential construction. I've been in business for over 20 years.
