Highly recommend Five Stars Quality Painting! I’ve attached pictures of our recent Kitchen Makeover. Hiring a professional to paint the cabinets is the best decision that I’ve made in a long time. I work remotely and was able to watch the project from start to finish. Due to this, I saw firsthand the time, precision and expertise that goes into this. There’s no way that we could have accomplished the same results. Fernando was extremely responsible, offered the best price and made recommendations on the paint color (which as you can see turned out amazing). This is who you want.

We finally had our living room painted by Five Stars Quality Painting (name is well deserved by the way) and are beyond pleased with Fernando’s expertise and top notch result of his meticulous work from beginning to end.
We have a couple more projects that we will definitely contact him to do, as well as pass his info to our friends as well as our neighbors in our Comunity.

I requested work done to repair a giant hole in my ceiling from a water leak. After the water was cleaned up and the water line repaired, an 8 foot by 10 foot section of ceiling was ruined and needed repaired. I did the demo myself, but because my home is open concept and the ceiling is visible from every area of my home, I really wanted a perfect repair. Enter Fernando.
Fernando was the most impressive, tidy worker I have ever seen! First most important - Fernando immediately responded to the work posted to Thumbtack, but was also willing to begin work the following day - I work during the week, so the fact that he was willing to start work on Saturday and return on Sunday and another day later in the week was so convenient for me! After we'd coordinated timing, he came to my home and carefully set up plastic sheeting around the workspace to contain the dust and debris. It was so tidy you could have restored historical documents inside! He contained all of the dust and debris and used his own drop cloths to protect my flooring. After the set up, he went to get materials to make sure he purchased enough for the repair. He also described the process (purchase the drywall, return, measure, measure, measure, start to put it up, and then mud and tape, and then when that was dry, would need to come back to paint).
Fernando took the time to explain why he was doing things in a certain way (he had to cut the drywall into smaller sections because the floor joists above were not level) and even found a few other parts of ceiling that had previously been repaired but had started to break down and repaired those, too.
Fabulous worker and so respectful of my home. He did his cutting in the driveway and swept up every day. He also warned me when he was going to be noisy (cutting screws from the previous drywall). When he came into my home, even if he was carrying an armload of supplies, he would turn around and use the knob to gently close my front door so it wouldn't slam.
As far as cost: his pricing was $400-$500 LESS than 9 other local "professional" companies I had price the work for drywall repair alone. (Many contractors were happy to fix the drywall for $1200-$1400, but their estimate did NOT include painting - that cost was estimated separately for $600-$800).
I would hire him again in a heartbeat and have been so pleased that I've passed his number to many friends. Could not recommend him highly enough. (Pics show before and after, and I will repaint the blue wall.)

Fantastic work! I had Fernando plaster my ceiling.....after I took down the popcorn. He fixed my mess before plastering the ceiling and walls. After the work began I added to the project and without complaint he quickly figured out how to level an existing wall that someone else did. He cleaned up each night and was courteous throughout. We have a few more projects and I will definitely be contacting Fernando!!!

My family and I couldn’t be happier! Fernando was at the house everyday until the job was completed. He was professional, detailed and made sure to put everything back in its place when finished.
