Customer service; reliability; not professional or fair. Original agreement of said price for job changed after job was completed. Without notifying us pro left and returned from store Come to find out later that the extra charges on the new invoice were for extra gravel he did not purchase; he purchased extra mulch without notifying us and without our consent because the initial delivery of gravel and mulch that we did agree to changed. The extra mulch bought was used to cover up gravel that they left behind. We should have been informed prior to that extra purchase: he did not give us an option. He did not respect our property; damaged our yard used by his heavy work truck that he did not mention would be using. When we mentioned the damaged yard he responded with “ it will grow back “!! He also dumped rocks and dirt along with the old weed fabric that was pulled from the ground over my fence! Didn’t bother to ask where he should dump it!
