Mr. Adiel Castillo of AC Design handled my Alexandria home property special permit building requirements in a highly diligent, professional, and experienced manner. He conducted deft research, composed pinpoint building and property plat designs, and skillfully coordinated with Fairfax County (FC) Permit staff. His results met this homeowners technical and timeline needs, while he kept me appraised of progress with FC and delivered ultimate success with his presence at the final inspection, which materialized in resounding inspection approval/success. His fees are very fair and value oriented. Going forward, I would always rehire Mr. Castillo for my project/building permit requirements.
