I really appreciate how responsive and helpful Brandy has been. My sister-in-law is without AC, and she has a handicapped son, so it's great to know that McCarthy's is going to be able to get someone out today to verify the info and get new equipment installed tomorrow. Brandy was very easy to work with, and very helpful.

McCarthy was the only company to send a salesman out to talk about the different product offerings and answer my questions in person. The other quotes I got were from companies that sent someone out to look at the unit, then left and I received a quote via email later that day. McCarthy had a much more personal approach, and the best price for the install. They were great.

Outstanding service from the company sales representative to the installers!!! They took the time to educate me about what they were doing and why. My home wasn’t in compliance with current building codes. They resolved the issues and my family’s safety has been increased.
