The name says it all. Some of the nicest, most considerate people I’ve met in this business. Great communication all around, catering to my schedule and very responsive to my needs. Marc and Ashley were good listeners and carefully explained the options to me on replacement options for my 40 year old central A/C. Engaging, kind, offering to accommodate my requests- could not be happier. Thanks Nice for being there when I needed you, highly recommend them to anyone.

I am deaf owner. Thermostat showed "Comm Error" and people felt warmer than before. I called NICE to come here today. He came to check and lied me that they needed to replace coils that would be very expensive. I rejected. I did research more online and found a simple soultion that I closed furance door tight then "Comm Error" disappeared in THermostat. I decided to give one star to this company but I wish no star for him. Good bye!
