10 out of 10 // Exceptional Work, Professionalism, On-Time Service — all at a FAIR price (… everything one’s looking for in a Thumbtack business/contractor). Ramon (Northeast HVAC) came out on a short-notice, same-day call to get my home’s air conditioning system running again. After quickly identifying the issue, the cost to make the repair was clearly explained. The work was then completed swiftly — and now my home (Lorton area) is nice and cool. I would strongly recommend contacting them again for any HAVC issues.

My Tech, Ramon Sorto was very squared away and highly professional . What started out as a simple dryer fix turned in to an incredibly stubborn worn out motor replacement. But, Ramon never complained about the extended time it took, or how difficult removing the fan from the old motor was, and let me tell you it took both of us working together with wrenches to finally strong arm the thing. Ramon’s resourcefulness and strong work ethic was exactly what we needed for our project. I would definitely recommend Ramon to anyone needing help with their own project, especially the tough ones.

Decently priced for the area, and well staffed. I wasnt the biggest fan of them waiting for the invoice to be paid before putting our AC unit back together, but I understand the why. Overall a great value, good communication and work ethic. Updated- Thank you for the explanation, absolutely makes sense.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable and reasonable. Monday through Friday 9-5 is standard price. Pass 5pm and weekend is double the price. All service call is different and my take 30 minutes up to 3 hour depending on the circumstance.
