- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CSIA certified Chimney inspection: $99 add $49 for cleaning, if needed NFI certified Gas fireplace inspection: $149 add $69 for servicing, if needed Discounts: 5% military/LEO and 5% senior discount on cleaning services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial contact we discuss what are customers are looking for, any concerns they may have, the process we use to do the work, the price we will charge for the job, dates and time frames that suites the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chimney technicians have a minimum of 6 years experience and are CSIA certified as well as NFI certified to work on gas fireplaces. Our chimney techs also provide pressure washing during the summer when folks really aren't thinking about cozying up to a fire... Our gutter cleaning technicians are former roofers with at least 8 years experience. This allows us to provide free roof inspections (with photo documentation) while cleaning your gutters. It also allows us to clean gutters quickly so it costs you less!
