LG Contracting repaired our roof after two trees fell on it. They did it well and quickly. Then we had them redo our kitchen down to the studs. It is beautiful!

LG Contracting has done multiple major renovation projects for me. Lou is fantastic to work with - honest, very experienced, with a great eye for design. He makes sure everything is perfect and communicates very well on what to expect and timelines. His pricing is also very fair. I HIGHLY recommend LG Contracting if you want a quality, low stress renovation that makes you fall in love with your space all over again.

Working with LG Contracting made the whole experience with remodeling a pleasure. The entire team was professional and respectful. They went over all the questions and concerns I had about the project. We worked together on the needs and wishes for my home. Everyone showed up on time, worked hard and delivered quality work to my home. I had both interior and exterior work completed on my home. The areas were always clean and organized at the end of the day. I have referred friends and neighbors to LG Contracting because they are easy to work with and provide excellent work.

I was nervous about taking on my 1950's home remodel but LG contracting guided me through every step of the process and in two phases we accomplished a complete gut and overhaul of the kitchen and living room redesign, two bathrooms, and the basement. LG contracting was incredible at navigating the inevitable curveballs, coming up with creative solutions to help me achieve the look and functionality I sought, all while staying on budget and schedule. The best part about working with Lou is his design eye. He didn't just give me a standard layout, he came up with clever and creative ways to maximize my footprint and open up my space in a way that complemented my lifestyle. For example, we changed up the layout of my kitchen to open up the space and make it more modern and inviting. Additionally, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. Upon removing the carpet on my original basement stairs he noted they were actually a total mess so he ended up building beautiful custom stairs and even a matching custom vent cover to tie it all together. It’s a great feeling when friends come to visit and gush about how lovely and relaxing my space is and how it suits my personality and vibe. I had these renovations done about eight years ago and they have held up really well, which speaks to the quality and craftsmanship. A few things that really stood out in my experience with LG Contracting: 1) Technical Expertise: Lou didn't cut corners despite my limited budget. He rerouted the kitchen venting and fully upgraded the electrical panel to make sure everything was safe and up to code. 2) The Crew: They were great—always respectful of my space, professional, and they actually showed up and completed the project when they said they would. 3) The Relationships: Lou is just super easy to work with and his partners are top notch. He’s down-to-earth, a clear communicator and makes a stressful process feel manageable even to a newbie. Years later I am still thrilled with how everything turned out. If you want someone who can deliver high-end design but also foresee and navigate technical headaches, call Lou.

I have worked with Lou & the LG team for four projects, and there is now no one else I will call. LG fully remodeled our kitchen & bathroom and replaced all of our condo floors in one project, completely renovated our backyard & made thoughtful upgrades to our townhouse, completed several upgrade and drainage projects in our house, and even handled a small project to remedy water damage caused by another unit in our condo building. Big or small, he has been a joy to work with, offering considered recommendations on what is and is not worth completing, making good design recommendations, and providing comprehensive plans and timelines to make sure the work gets done well and on time. He keeps in touch throughout the projects, so we've always known what is going on and been able to make adjustments to no fault of his team (including repainting our kitchen when we didn't like the first color we'd selected - sorry Lou!). We have been exceptionally happy with the quality of the work we've had from LG, and I recommend them to all of my friends who need work done.
