The work that Luis did was very professional and we were pleased with results. However, we feel we were misled and over-charged for “materials.” We were told what the labor costs would be upfront and told later what the cost was for the materials without documentation even though it was requested at least 5x. Paid the invoice but will not do business with this company again.

TruBlue restored our run down playground and we’re very pleased with results. We had weather issues that prevented them from moving as quickly as we all would have liked, but they stayed in consistent contact with our timeline and they did a great job! (Top is before, bottom is after)

The door is up and it looks good, however the guys chipped the bottom corner of the glass. They said it happened before they came but they never said anything the whole time they were installing the door. Glass chips were very obvious and hard to miss, if the previous installer created the damage. Previous installer was frustrated with putting up the door and decided to leave. The job was not as easy as he thought. Also, I cleaned the glass door after the previous installer attempted to put the door up. There was no broken glass when the first installer left. Happy the door is up but there was no need to lie about the damage. I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it.
