- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can fluctuate during different seasons and I offer discounts if my calendar is open. It doesn't hurt to contact me and ask if I have any discounts. If you refer me to a friend, I will also give you a discount on a future session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a few text messages to confirm dates and price, I like to have a phone conversation. It is important for me to get to know my clients and have a clear understanding of their goals. Good communication will results in my clients being comfortable and satisfied with the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer and I have also apprenticed with professional photographers as well as some classroom education. In addition, for 13 years I was a professional wedding videographer.
