- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates over the phone and in person. We have a standard pricing based on how much fills up the truck or items needed required. We offer the best prices since we have the largest junk truck due to our raised mesh wall bed sides. Competitors offer the same prices but with half the size truck bed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss or look at the items and provide a quote. Once quote is approved we can remove the junk the same day or schedule the best time to pickup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train in best practice moving processes and procedures to make sure we do not damage the home when removing items.
