Samir is my Moroccan dialect teacher. I find his lessons both enjoyable and instructive. He is very student-oriented and tailors instruction according to my background and interests. He offers humor and encouragement to keep me motivated, and I feel fortunate that he is my teacher.

The lesson is always good. I always advance my French even if it is just with corrected word usage. Samir also sends work to do in between lessons which becomes the discussion during the the next lesson.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So much depends on what your goals are, and that's why I'll respond to your specific needs and interests. No lesson is the same and I don't reach for the "here's one I prepared earlier" that may well have worked well for someone else, but won't work for you. We will explore together a combination of conversation, grammar and reading, as well as text books, things we find online and selected articles of particular interest to you. This flexibility and level of individual consideration is why private tutoring with an efficient tutor is such a great way to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring French for almost twenty years, and I currently teach and tutor one-on-one and online after school hours, and during the weekends .
