I will say that Bilal was nice, he was late to the pick up and I and my family were disappointed with the vehicle. The pictures he sent do not accurately describe the vehicle that arrived. The vehicle had multiple dents including a long scratch on the side of the vehicle. There was a huge burn mark on the floor, trash left behind the front seat (empty water bottles). The windows had fingerprints all in them, and the table had fingerprints all over it. There were crumbs in the seats. It seemed like the vehicle wasn’t properly cleaned from the last use. When you pay for a service you expect t the vehicle to be pristine condition. The seat on the last row of the vehicle was ripped. Be careful of lower pricing because remember you get what you pay for. He was about 65 dollars less an hour than everywhere else I looked. I should have know something was up. Next time they should give a more accurate description of the vehicle and let the customer decide if they want to pay for that service. I still feel overcharged for what I received. I wish I had take pictures of the vehicle to post but I didn’t think about it at the time. I just wanted to be sure my parents and their friend were safe. I called my parents about 10 times and they said they were fine but they complained about the condition of the vehicle when they got back. If I have had another option to get them and their friends to there location I would have taken it. Beware of this company, Alpha Limo Service out of Alexandria, VA.
