The WHAT gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. We asked for help moving the piano for pick up by Salvation Army. We didn't know that WHAT usually starts a bit later, but they were able to find two workers who were willing to come early for our job. Luis and Ray Ray were wonderful. They were quick and they knew exactly what to do. They will do moving within your home as well as move your whole household. We will definitely call them again!!!

Drivers called to give me a 10 minutes heads on on their exact arrival which was well within the 1:00/3;00 time frame. Drivers came in, quickly accessed the item to be moved and went to work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a range of pricing based on your specific job. Some examples are:
House Move (2 movers + Box Truck): $145 arrival charge + $145 an hr.
Removal (2-seater couch 0-20 min. from our warehouse): $115
Removal (Large dresser 50min-100 min from our warehouse): $170
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step would be to introduce ourselves and communicate with the customer on how we can provide service for them. This is typically a phone call, text or email to get some base information. Then we will go into details about every aspect of what they need. We will then discuss logistics of the job, scheduling day / time and give an estimated price quote. Once price is agreed upon we will add you to our schedule and then day of the job we will contact you once we are headed your way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have gone through a meticulous training period before they are hired to ensure they are all properly prepared to work safely and quickly. Our employees are also trained on driving safety while operating our larger trucks and trailers.
