I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, located in Providence, Rhode Island. I am classically trained in the culinary arts and pride myself on my interpretation of traditional American, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, vegetarian, vegan and Cuban cuisines.
As a chef, I believe in using fresh, local food, farm-to-table ingredients when preparing dishes. In addition to providing services as a personal chef, I offer personalized cooking lessons for individuals and groups up to a maximum of 30 people.
Catering is another area I provide services for. Whether you need services for an intimate dinner party or a wedding, I can provide you with a unique, personalized and tantalizing experience.
