I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, located in Providence, Rhode Island. I am classically trained in the culinary arts and pride myself on my interpretation of traditional American, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, vegetarian, vegan and Cuban cuisines. As a chef, I believe in using fresh, local food, farm-to-table ingredients when preparing dishes. In addition to providing services as a personal chef, I offer personalized cooking lessons for individuals and groups up to a maximum of 30 people. Catering is another area I provide services for. Whether you need services for an intimate dinner party or a wedding, I can provide you with a unique, personalized and tantalizing experience. My motto is "putting people first" in all that I do, so come on and put a little Latin love in your kitchen.

Chef Hector Moya is an awesome Chef. I used his services for a private dinner party in Bucks County PA in 2013. Chef Moya sat with me and really listened to what I envisioned for my gathering. The quality of the food was amazing, the preparation of the dishes were unique and applauded by all my guests. His serving staff were all professional. I would recommend him for any culinary event.

As this was my 1st ever cooking class I wasn't sure to expect. Chef Moya arrived on time and then got himself familiar with my kitchen. He was very professional and answered all questions. I will definitely be seeing more and more of him to help me with my cooking skills, Thanks Hector

    I wish that customers knew that "great chefs" are those who think, breathe, taste and live food as if it were life itself. Food tells a person's story; food shows a person's emotions; food is always there to celebrate a special day or memorialize family traditions. Food is life itself to a chef.
