- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat and transparent, no hidden fees for a consultation call, revisions within your package, or "extras" that should've been included from the start. Resume writing starts at $149, Grant writing at $1,800, and Business plan writing at $1,200, each with tiers depending on scope. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 10% off any grant writing package. You'll get exact pricing for your specific project on your free consultation, no obligation either way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free consultation, no sales pressure, just understanding what you actually need. From there, I send a short proposal within a day or two. Once you sign, you'll get a discovery questionnaire that captures the details for your first draft. I deliver the draft, you give feedback, and we revise within your package's built in rounds until it's right. You walk away with polished, ready to use files, never a first draft you have to fix yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 20+ years of project management experience and I'm a three-time published author, so I understand both how to manage a complex process from start to finish and how to actually write something that moves people. For resume, grant and business plan work specifically, that project management background means I know how funders and lenders evaluate a proposal, not just how to write one.
