- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Software/App Development, we have a five phases to the project on which we will ask payment for each phase. Each Phase takes about 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the App Project. For Digital Marketing clients, we have a month to month contract offer. From there we establish the quote based on the services needed. Our pricing structure is sent to the client which includes the pricing structure as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is first to speak with the client regarding their needs. Next, we come up with either a App Development, or Digital Marketing Plan to assist the customer. Finally, we execute the plan and monitor and report the progress to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Communications Degree from UVA-Wise and 7 years of digital marketing and experience. My business partner, has 5 years of App Development experience
