They’re simply expensive, just my opinion.
We had a water leak from our bedroom ceiling when that day was raining. They came and they didn't make any sense with the work order/estimate when I asked them the estimate cost for the whole work…Including remove the damaged 4 x 4 ceiling drywall and cleaning up the work area for $1,400! Then they offered to put up with the new 4x4 drywall, paste/caulking and painting for $1,700! Too expensive, I think.
One of the best repair work I’ve gotten. They work amazingly fast and respond quick as well. Would definitely call this company again if needed!
