Three level end unit townhouse in South Riding, VA. Lots of windows. Over half were fogged up. Vinyl-Lite did the job. Very impressed with their company, product, price and installation workmanship. Now planning a retirement house and Vinyl-Lite will be our 1st choice for doors and windows.

My experience with Vinyl-Lite has been wonderful. Matt was my sales person. I interviewed five companies and chose Vinyl-Lite. I love my windows so much I am going to order more. The crew that installed my windows were fantastic. I am bad with names but the guys who came to my house were the best. These windows are so reasonable and easy to operate. I was so impressed with this company and their employees.

Choosing windows was hard... took me 18 months to decide. I read a reddit article on good vinyl windows, and Vinyl-lite was one of two places recommended in my area. Still, wasn't sure about vinyl... I got a quote from Renewal by Anderson at 45k for 10 windows... they sent a second guy to do a hard sell... I threw him out because they misrepresented why they wanted a second meeting. I looked at fiberglass, and liked the thin profile. But at twice the cost, and fewer options, I returned my attention to viny-lite. My dealings with them were never pushy, and they put me in control of all the options. After install, which went on schedule and perfectly, I wondered why I was so apprehensive. The windows and install look great. Price was less than a quarter of Renewal By Andersen... I don't know if I lost some glass area going vinyl, but I could never justify paying 2 or 4 times the price for an extra inch of glass here or there. This company and the value and service they provide is a no-brainer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FACTORY DIRECT PRICING! We are the Manufacturer, Installer and everything in between! Most Window Companies are just middlemen or Sales companies or Subcontractors that rely on outside companies to get them the products or do the install or, often times, both. Avoid all the price markups and go straight to the company who does it all from the time we meet to the time your home is complete!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You contact us. We come out for a site visit where we will discuss your needs and take measurements. Then we go back to the Factory and work up a proposal to send over for your review. Most homeowners will choose to visit our showroom and factory while waiting for or after they have reviewed the estimate. Once you choose Vinyl-Lite we stay in contact while we make your windows and then schedule you for your Installation. Most installs only take 1 day! Once your project is complete you are a part of the Vinyl-Lite Family forever! Our customers come back home after home for all their windows, doors, siding and trim needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our representatives are trained on all of our products and take continuing ed courses approximately every 6 months, so they are well versed on all the new and innovative materials and products pertaining to our industry. All of our installers are factory certified to install all of our products.
