Fitzgerald is very passionate regarding the quality,appearance and value of his food product.He price his service well and as for me, he has never gone above budget.Taste of bbq is well liked by all.

Mr. Barnes catered our event and everything was great. The food was delicious, well prepared, presentation was awesome and the customer service was out this world.

We hired Fitzgerald Barnes to run an event for my sorority's parents weekend. The service was incredible and they made the experience of planning an event for 300 people so much less stressful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good food and great service!
